A MARATHON effort by Jessica Surman, of Upton, has raised £1,930 for the town branch of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
The money was raised through sponsorship after she ran the London Marathon earlier this year. She said: "I've managed to exceed my target £1,000 and would like to thank everyone who so generously sponsored me."
