WEST MALVERN 3, GOODREST SPORTS 3
Goodrest, playing fast attacking football, scored in the tenth minute and they increased their lead after 30 minutes to two.
The West came back strongly and Tom Davis reduced the arrears with a clever chip. With two minutes to go to half time Lee Tracey was fouled in the box and from the spot kick Tom Davis equalised
The West have to thank Steve Newman for keeping them in the game who made some fine saves. But on the 70th minutes once again Goodrest went back in front.
The West continued to play attacking football and both Will Hardy and Lee Tracey missed chances before they finally drew level in the 85th minute when Sebastian Bumford scored a superb goal from 20 yards.
All round this was a far better performance giving the West their first point of the season.
Tomorrow (Saturday) they travel to Fernhill Heath Old Boys, meet Eurohaus 2pm.
