JOHN Norwood (You Say, October 13) seems to believe that only the seriously disabled should receive a parking badge.
My 75-year-old grandmother has had a triple-heart bypass and suffered several strokes. However, she is still able to walk without assistance and tries to lead an active life.
Would Mr Norwood wish her a long and tiring walk across the car park when she is taken on her weekly trip to the supermarket?
