THE drinks cans on the west bank of the city that have caused CouncIllor Prodger to go into print is typical of areas in the city where there is no ban on alcohol drunk in public places. Councillor Gary Kibblewhite also raised this matter some time ago.
As they are both serving the public do they not now think that the short-sighted decision to restrict the alcohol ban to a small area of the city was incorrect and the ban should be city-wide.
