SAM Bowen and Stuart Payne have both left Common Road.
Bowen has re-joined Bromsgrove Rovers, while Payne is understood to have decided to take a break from football.
"He's got personal problems and football's not a priority in his eyes at the moment," Mullen admitted. "We had a chat on Sunday and I found a few things out."
However, Payne is rumoured to have also signed for Bromsgrove - and that was news to Mullen.
"If he has then he is just picking up money for the sake of it. However, he is entitled to sign for whoever he likes."
Bowen's departure now that Shaun Pratt, James Brown, Dean Roberts and Andy Hodgetts are all fit to face Gloucester City tonight, will free some money to bring in new faces in other departments. And, Hinckley midfielder Guy Hadland could make his Evesham bow tonight or at Solihull on Tuesday.
