This is a greeting from Australia. I'm Michael Ahlberg, but I'm called Royal.
I'm looking for people who have been involved in any way with the original manufacturing of the Royal Enfield Motorcycle.
Do you know of any person who might have traded in Royal Enfield or worked in the manufacturing.
Is there someone who might take a cassette recorder and interview any nice old man or woman in Redditch who were involved.
I'm chasing someone to interview or some unique information about this manufacturing.
I'm putting together a web page, which already has substantial content, but lacks a bit in historical content.
I would be especially interested in information about the Interceptor model, manufactured during the sixties.
Who was the designer of this model? When did the first series come out, how many were manufactured, where did they mainly go.
I would like to make the Redditch connection and make it the cradle of this significant motorcycle, with some genuine information.
