ALCESTER captain Alan Williams says his side can win Alcester One after recording their third win in four league matches.
Manor Park were the latest victims, beaten 19-12, and third-placed Alcester have the chance to go top by winning at unbeaten league leaders Marconi on Saturday (ko 3pm).
And Alcester are out to avenge three defeats to Marconi in an injury hit campaign last season.
But Williams has selection problems for the weekend.
Blindside flanker Tony Williams damaged his ribs and is out for the top-of-the-table clash, James Doyle is on standby.
Fly-half Scott Carmichael, in for the injured Matt Gwynne, suffered an ankle injury but should be fit.
And Williams can call on back row Paul Clarke, on the replacements bench at the weekend.
