A BEOLEY family will appear in a television programme tomorrow revealing how children have the uncanny ability to influence the money their parents spend.
Rosie Walker, of Bransons Cross Farm, and her three children are one of two Midland families who contributed to the Midlands Report - Pester Power by secretly filming their children as they were supermarket shopping.
Mrs Walker was nominated to take part after hearing the producers were looking for a family with children of the same age as Shannon, five, Stephen, seven, and Stephanie, nine.
The programme asks who is responsible for 'pester power' - the advertisers who target children or the parents themselves.
Mrs Walker was filmed at the Bromsgrove branch of Asda and then gauged her children's reactions when the tape was later played to them.
The programme will be screened on BBC2 from 7.30-8pm.
