CRIES of 'more' greeted the conclusion of Mad About Musicals presented by Muse&Music at the society's opening concert of its 40th season.
The artists explored the world of the musical from the little known such as Sondheim's Passion and Novello's A to Z through to Les Miserables, taking in virtually every well-known production along the way.
The next concert will be on November 3 when the Markham Trio (Richard Leaver, violin; Elaine Ackers, cello; Robert Markham, piano) will play works by Mozart, Arensky and Schubert.
The trio was formed in 1999 by members of the CBSO and BCMG and performs regularly on the concert platform. For details, call 546056.
