Evesham 2, Streetly 4
EVESHAM dropped another three points in Saturday's DTZ West Midlands Premier Division game with a poor display against a determined Streetly side.
Evesham started brightly but were soon two goals down due to awful possessional play defensively. Perry and Mullett were the culprits in this instance.
The introduction of Williams brought some defensive organisation and Evesham started to compete once more.
The half time turn-around saw some harsh words spoken and there was a visible lift in Evesham's passing game.
Offensively, Evesham gained a succession of short corners before Sid Seneekie powerfully stroked for home. This raised Evesham spirits and Matt Bullett produced a wonder moment by rounding five players before hitting the ball over the flailing Streetly keeper.
Sadly, ill-discipline cost Evesham and two late goals saw Streetly kill the game.
Missed chances, such as the wasted opportunity by Dufty, must be put away this Saturday if they are to gain a result away at Kingswinford.
Coach Berry has rung the changes and Evesham are determined to pile up some points.
