A BUSY time is in store for another Kidderminster band whose main selling point is - "we don't sound like anyone else around".
The multi-skilled Curb, friends of Episonic, will be at Birmingham's Flapper and Firkin on November 7.
But hometown fans can catch the four-piece outfit in action before this at Kidderminster's Tap House on Sunday.
Curb, who have been together for about 18 months, are vocalist James Hardiman, who also deals with loops, guitarist Dave Stephens, Iain Standing and Matthew Stephens, who both play guitar, keyboards and bass.
James said: "Our sound is influenced by the likes of Depeche Mode and Placebo and our main strength is that we don't sound like anyone else around at the moment.
"We are not typical indie pub rock! We are quite experimental in that we can be an indie-pop band one minute and then change styles to become more electronic."
They have just launched a new website - www.curbtheband.com - and can also be seen at the Seven Stars on November 15.
