GHOULISH goings-on will be happening the world-famous gardens of Hidcote Manor this weekend, when it plays host to a Hallowe'en celebration.
Spooky spirits will be be on hand as visitors explore the National Trust garden's deepest darkest corners in search of the mysterious characters that inhabit its Hallowe'en trail.
Visitor services manager Lisa Edinborough is keen for visitors - young and young at heart - to join in the fun.
"Hidcote's isolated location makes it the perfect place to visit for a real Hallowe'en atmosphere," she said. "Don't miss what promises to be a weekend filled with supernatural surprises."
Free mask-making workshops will be held in the tea bar and anyone in Hallowe'en costume will get into the garden free.
For others the cost is adults £5.70, children £2.80 and £14 for a family ticket.
The gardens are open from 10.30am to 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday. Last admission 4.30pm.
