Malvern U10s 5, DK's U10s 5
Dudley Kingswinford travelled to Malvern with their well-drilled under-10s squad looking for victory.
Malvern had other ideas and the combined U9/10 team put in a performance which delighted their coach Ian Budd.
"The boys showed today how much they have progressed, and how much they love playing rugby," he said.
Malvern were soon under pressure but kept their heads and came back at a strong DK side. James Kavanagh tackled immensely throughout the game, and provided good ball for the backs to run on to.
William Watling ran in four tries, ably backed up with one from Ryan Tolley, driving over the line from 10 metres out to give the home side a well deserved draw.
A fantastic performance from the whole team, topped off by the two men of the match, James Kavanagh and Will Watling.
