A CORDON bleu cook will be showing people how to have a stress-free Christmas.
Rosemary Needham, who trained under Rosemary Hume at the Cordon Bleu School, will be demonstrating the tricks of her trade at Hanley Castle High School next month.
The event, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Research, takes place on Thursday, November 15 and begins at 7pm with wine and canapes, with the demonstrations starting at 8pm. Rosemary will cook four or five dishes, all of which will be raffled at the end of the night.
There will also be stalls selling Macmillan Christmas cards and other merchandise. Rosemary will also be selling pots, pans and knives.
Tickets are £10, available on 01684 592244.
