Molby still has to rule out Adie Smith with a long-running groin problem.
Southend have lost their last two games, 2-1 at York and 2-0 at Scunthorpe.
But they won their last home game with a solid 4-2 success over Swansea on October 13.
They make one change to their starting eleven, from the Scunthorpe loss, with Daniel Kerrigan in for Daniel Webb.
