A furniture store saleswoman who stole from her employer when she was in debt has been fined £150, with £100 costs, and ordered to repay the money.
Tracy Fletcher, 30, of Dunnington Avenue, Kidderminster, admitted two thefts, involving £429, from Carter's Furniture Centre in New Road.
The employer found that a cash payment of £300 had not been entered in the red sales ledger, said Alex Warren, prosecuting.
Police found £400 in Fletcher's handbag and she admitted a second theft f £129.
