ANTIQUES guru Henry Sandon was all smiles when he launched the new-look Age Concern shop in Worcester.
The Antiques Roadshow star was hoping to safeguard the future of golden oldies of a different kind with the official opening of the spruced-up store and offices in Mealcheapen Street.
Mr Sandon, former music master at the Royal Grammar School, chatted to staff and customers after performing the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon with chief officer Val Stokes and vice-chairman Joan Akers to officially open the shop.
"It was wonderful to have Henry here to launch the shop," said Mrs Stokes, speaking after Monday's ceremony.
"We're hoping it will be a great success."
