A NOSTALGIC trip to the era when music was both fab and groovy is in store at the Palace Theatre on Friday.
Singer Craig Douglas, who reached the top spot in the charts with Sam Cook's Only Sixteen, will join Jess Conrad and Lord Rockingham's Band in Stars of the Sixties.
Craig's other chart successes include Pretty Blue Eyes and Heart Of A Teenage Girl.
Jess Conrad, whose chart hits were Cherry Pie and Mystery Girl, went on from his early successes as a leading pop star to become an accomplished actor.
He appears in cabaret, stage shows and musicals such as Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Also featured is Lord Rockingham's Band, best-known for the hit Hoot's Mon.
The show is at 7.30pm and tickets cost £10.50 and £9.50 (disc rate) from the box office on 65203 or the Tourist Information Centre.
