A LEAFLET about changes to the disabled parking badge scheme is available from Bromsgrove's Citizens Advice Bure-au, in Worcester Road.
The Orange badge, which provides nati-onal parking concessions, will no longer be recognised from April 2003.
It has been replaced by the European Blue Badge Scheme which offers concessions for people with severe walking difficulties who travel as drivers or passengers, also registered blind people and those with severe upper limb difficulties.
National concessions only apply to on-street parking.
The new leaflet details where you cannot park, exp-lains the parking disc system and other concessions.
Bromsgrove District Council recognises the blue badge for free parking on its car parks.
For blue badge applications call soc-ial services on (01527) 575855.
