STEPS have been taken to ease concerns of staff, residents and their worried relatives over their future when Meadow View residential home is demolished and rebuilt.
It was announced three weeks ago that Leicester-based firm Prime Life had successfully bid to redevelop the home.
Staff voiced concerns over where they would be offered alternative placements from when the home closes around Christmas, until the work is completed some time in autumn 2002.
And fears were raised over whether residents would be split up and placed in homes away from their South Warwickshire-based relatives.
Recently, a meeting was held at the home, where a panel consisting of representatives from Warwickshire Care Services (WCS) which currently runs the home, John Ball, from the county council and the managing director of Prime Life, discussed any concerns raised.
