PLANS to build a learning centre for the Pakistan community have been put on ice to concentrate on the £2 million mosque project.
The two venues will be on the former Alcad site in Smallwood and the sale of the land, which has cost the Pakistan community £300,000, is expected to be completed by December.
Final tests on the land are being carried out to ensure it is clear of any contamination left from the former battery factory.
