HOCKEY: Unbeaten Kidderminster Boundary firsts are riding high at the top of DTZ Midland League Division One after beating Kings Heath 3-0.
Goals from Adam Robson, Mick Brazier and Mark Taylor put them on the way, while Chris Page's good all-round display earned him man of the match.
Robson scored a first-half goal but the hosts put Kidderminster under pressure after the break.
However, Martin Robert, playing his first match of the season, kept Kings Heath out with good saves.
Brazier added the second and Taylor put a flick away to make it three.

A scrappy game saw Kidderminster seconds on the wrong end of a 2-0 scoreline against North Stafford, thanks to two strikes in the final five minutes.
Kidderminster did not have many chances on goal but were unfortunate not to get a draw with Ed Long playing well in midfield.

The fourths produced an encouraging performance but were beaten by Worcester Norton.
The 10-man Kidderminster side played a fast, close passing game but it was Worcester who opened the scoring with a well-taken goal.
Eddie Pietkowicz equalised for Kidderminster from a short-corner, placing the ball between post and goalkeeper after some good approach work.
But the extra man told and the opposition were able to exploit the extra space to score again.
In the second half, Kidderminster proved the fitter side, upping their work rate to Worcester under continuous pressure, but several good chances were just out of reach.

The ladies were grateful to several vital saves from Michelle McGowan for their draw.
Their opponents went ahead early in the game but Kidderminster attacked for the rest of the first half.
They were unlucky not to score after two one-on-one attempts on goal by Val Molineux.
The home side were under attack in the second half and McGowan kept her side in the game.
But Kidderminster dominated towards the end and got a much deserved equaliser through Molineux from a short corner.
