A NIGHT shift worker was over the alcohol limit when police stopped her car at 11am.
Julie Phillips was a shift worker who had been drinking before going home to bed, her solicitor, John Rogers, told Kidderminster magistrates.
Phillips, 37, of Doverdale Avenue, Kidderminster, was banned for a year and fined £150 with £55 costs. She admitted driving in Lorne Street with a breath alcohol reading of 54, against the limit of 35.
