WITH Christmas fast approaching, many of us will be turning our thoughts to all things festive and for some of us, this may include decorating our homes.
Today, more and more people are delighting their friends and neighbours by decorating the exterior of their homes with festive lights and decorations. National Neighbourhood Watch Association would like to express our support of The Kleeneze Britain's Best Christmas House competition.
Anyone can enter their decorated home, window or garden by sending a good colour photograph to: The Kleeneze Britain's Best Christmas House, PO Box 14467, London, SW7 4WJ, by November 20.
Whether your readers like to decorate their homes with subtle fairy lights or cover their entire houses with hundreds of flashing lights, Kleeneze would like to hear from them.
Judging will take place and finalists selected in December.
As well as receiving national acclaim for their efforts, the overall winner will also be whisked away to Lapland for the day, where they and five friends or family members can meet the original Santa Claus.
So if any of your readers like to pull out all the stops at Christmas and decorate their homes, windows or even their gardens, please ask them to send in a photograph along with their contact details. We'd love to hear from them.
JOHN HOWELL, Director General, National Neighbourhood Watch Association.
