Worcester City's home first round FA Cup clash with Rushden & Diamonds on Saturday November 17 will be restricted to a 4,000 all-ticket tie.
The Nationwide League Division Three side have been allocated 600 tickets, leaving 3,400 for City supporters.
Prices for the match are £10 for seats (no concessions), stand enclosure £8 (no concessions) and ground terrace £8 (£6 concessions).
Priority sales go on sale next Monday with any tickets left over up for grabs in the St George's Lane social club at the Cambridge City game next Saturday.
Club director Dave Boddy admitted they may have sold many more than the 4,000, but said the club was tightly bound by licensing regulations.
He added that the FA Cup had fired the public's imagination and boosted the club's profile.
"Sky and BBC cameras were at the ground giving us national exposure and there is still an outside chance we might be one of the Match of the Day featured games," he said.
"Hopefully the knock-on effect will be that on the back of a bit of FA Cup glory and excitement that we can improve our weekly attendances.
"Monday night whetted everybody's appetite and showed just what is possible for Worcester City."
The flood of supporters to Monday's match against Belper Town also illustrated the club's desperate need for a new ground.
"We thought we might get 1,600-1,800 but were pleasantly surprised by the turn-out and the FA Cup obviously captured the imagination," said Boddy.
"But the reason we had to delay the kick-off was because of the sheer volume of people coming late and I'm sure we will sell out quickly for the Rushden match.
"I'm sure if we had the capacity we could have looked at another 1,000 through the gate.
"For all sorts of reasons a new stadium with a 7,000 plus capacity would probably have satisfied demand.
"It was fairly chaotic outside the ground on Monday in terms of parking and a lot of the local residents were not particularly happy and I think it was proof of the need for a new stadium," added Boddy.
Priority sales go to season ticket holders, vice-presidents, Georgie Dragon & Blue Dragon club members & parents, supporters club members, social club members, super gold agents and 200 club members & team builder members.
The priority categories will go on sale at St George's Lane from Monday -- office hours 10am-5pm and in the social club 8pm-10pm with two tickets per person.
There will also be corporate meal packages available on request.
