A JUDGE branded an 18-year-old "disturbed" after the teenager admitted a sex attack on a woman.
Judge Michael Mott refused to bail Mark West and said it was his second sex offence in his criminal career.
West also had convictions for arson, damage and assault.
He admitted indecent assault on the day he was due to stand trial at Worcester Crown Court.
He was remanded in custody for reports and will be sentenced on Friday, November 30.
An original charge of attempted rape is not being proceeded with.
West had been drinking when he attacked the woman on Monday, May 14, after believing her to be receptive to his approaches, the court heard. When she rejected him he persisted.
Stephen Mooney, defending, applied for bail for West, of Rynal Place, Evesham, and explained he found being remanded in custody an unpleasant experience.
But Judge Mott said he did not trust the defendant to turn up for sentence or stay out of trouble if granted bail.
