UNITED versus Villa - the big match of the day - kicks off in Tenbury this weekend.
Ex-Aston Villa players from the 1980s and 90s will score a hit with the crowds in the charity fund-raiser at Palmer's Meadow on Sunday in aid of the Tenbury Hospital Millennium Project.
Former stars like Nigel Spink, Tony Daley and 'nice one' Cyrille Regis are hoping to turn out in Villa colours on the day.
One lucky fan will walk away from the 1.30pm match with two tickets for Villa's Premiership home game against Spurs.
Tenbury United president Bryan Pugh said the whole team was looking forward to playing Villa All Stars in a memorable day of football.
"Final preparations are well under way and we hope to raise as much as possible for the hospital project," he said.
Nigel Stocker, prime mover behind the match added: "If this is a successful event we will try to make it an annual fund-raising venture in aid of local charities."
An official souvenir match programme has been printed giving entry to the ground.
It is filled with player profiles, named squads, match officials and a brief history of Tenbury United and is available in shops and at the ground on the day.
