THREE tough training sessions have knocked Evesham United's squad into shape for the first round of FA Trophy, according to boss Phil Mullen.
The Robins enjoyed a free week last week but return to action in the Trophy tomorrow when they visit Ryman Division One side Dulwich Hamlet (3pm).
Dulwich were relegated from the Ryman's Premier Division last year, but Mullen knows his side need to be at their best if they are to repeat last year's exploits which saw them reach the fourth round before being knocked out by Morecambe after a replay.
Evesham are boosted by the return of Russell Parmenter to the squad, while Darren Steadman is on the bench as cover for Danny Watson.
Mullen is set to name an unchanged side from the team that defeated Racing Club Warwick with James Brown, Dean Roberts and Phil Preedy up front.
Injured duo Shaun Pratt and Steve Taylor are still out while striker Andrew Hodgetts is set for a place on the bench.
"We've had three good training sessions and given them additional hard graft to boost their fitness," said Mullen. "We're just looking forward to the next game but it is going to be difficult down there."
If the match is drawn the teams will replay at Common Road next Tuesday, November 6, (7.45).
