ANOTHER talent-packed month at The Marr's Bar, Worcester begins next week.
Highlights include Frank Zappa tribute The Muffin Men on Saturday, November 3. On Monday, November 5, The Contra-band (formerly known as Rollercosta) takes to the stage, while on the Friday Malvern's Seymour appears supported by Dudley band April 28th.
Thursday nights throughout November are dedicated to hip-hop, starting on the 8th with Midlands hip-hop-funksters Off The Hook. On November 15 and 29, DJ Usama play, with free admission. London hip-hop crew Task Force, signed to Low Life Records, will be making an appearance to promote their new Mark B-produced EP on November 22.
On Saturday, November 10, former Sex Pistol Glen Matlock will be appearing with Dead Men Walking, while the following night The Barflys return with Songbird.
On Friday, November 16, Candy Channel returns to the venue followed on Saturday by Slowburner.
Black Country blues guitarist Perry Foster plays on Sunday, November 18.
Verteran Malvern rockers Sons of Spock play on Friday, November 23, followed on Saturday by Angelica. The month is wrapped up when another Malvern group, Bad Habbits. For further details call 01905 613336.
