KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have been forced to abandon an appeal against Ian Foster's sending-off in last Tuesday's 1-0 LDV Vans Trophy second round defeat against Chesterfield at Saltergate.
Harriers have studied a video of the incident where striker Foster allegedly kicked Chesterfield's Martyn Booty while he lay on the ground.
Aggborough manager Jan Molby said: "Unfortunately where the cameraman was positioned the footage has proved to be inconclusive. We have no option but to accept the referee's decision."
Foster now looks set to be handed a three-match suspension.
