EXQUISITE dolls, clothes and cushions handmade by WI members across the county are about to go on sale to help children with life-limiting illnesses.
From Kinver to Kempsey, each branch pledged support to the Acorns Children's Hospice Trust project to build a new £750,000 complex in St Peter's in 2003.
Ambassador for Acorns, John Todd, said the results had been outstanding.
"We asked if they could make a few items for us and the response was amazing," he said.
"Some of the items are incredible, as you can imagine from the ladies of the WI."
The hoard of crafts will go on sale over the Christmas period, but most will be on display at the Hagley Hall fete on Saturday and Sunday, November 24 and 25.
