WORCESTER Rugby Club have switched their RFU Senior Cup fifth round encounter with Rotherham to Sunday, November 25 in a bid to prevent an international clash.
The Saturday date coincides with the England and South Africa game at Twickenham on November 24 and Sixways officials have been given the green light to stage the tie the following day.
The match also comes just days after the National Divisions clash with the Springboks at Sixways and both clubs wanted extra time for their representative players to recover.
Meanwhile, 29-year-old Dave Fryday will play for Worcester's under 21s tonight at Sixways when Gloucester's youngsters visit (7.30).
Both sides will be including a number of over-age players and Worcester will also give run outs to Tony Yapp, Ricky Pellow, Scott Barrow and Andy Collins who has recovered from an ankle injury picked up during the first team's Senior Cup win at Lydney last month.
Long-term injury victim Greg Meredith is named as a replacement as he continues his comeback from a serious knee problem.
Worcester: Yapp, Wilkes, Barrow, Trueman, Edwards, Higgins, Pellow; Smith, Pearl, Collins, Matthews, Hughes, Mason, Nias, Fryday. Replacements: Fitzpatrick, Bick, Warren, Knight, Richardson, Meredith.
