VICS carried on where they left off last week with a battling draw against league leaders Real Archers.
In a game well refereed by John Harris, Vics took the lead midway through the first half through Danny Hobbis.
Hot-shot Hobbis beat Archers' back line for pace and slotted the ball into the bottom corner of the net.
And Hobbis could have added more to his tally but his usually clinical finishing deserted him at the crucial moments.
Redditch-based Archers came straight back at Vics and equalised on the stroke of half time when Mark Styler lobbed the new Vic keeper.
Archers enjoyed the best of the second half, but Vic central defenders Mark Hobbis and Chris Harper stood firm
Vic player/manager Hobbis introduced GJ Singh to freshen things up, and the Barnt Green Spartak boss gave the away side the lead from the penalty spot with just ten minutes to go.
Singh's spot-kick squeezed in off the post after Adam Davies had been upended in the area.
But Archers never gave up and grabbed a point in the dying moments when Phillip Blundell unleashed a fantastic 20-yard free kick which sailed into the top corner.
