A LARGE home in Marlbrook is to be extended - despite objections from the Lickey Community Group.
An application to build a two-storey extension for a kitchen and bedroom and a single extension for a dining room at Upper Cottage Farm, in Old Birmingham Road, has been given the green light by planning chiefs.
Despite the objection of the group, which called for a condition to ensure it would not be used as a second home, Bromsgrove District Council's planning committee approved the application at its meeting on Monday, October 29.
