A MAP detailing leisure and cultural activities regularly taking place across the town is being drawn up following an in-depth survey.
Complaints were made to Redditch Council that there was nothing for young people to do in the town.
The calls sparked off a long investigation looking at how the 11 community halls and five sports centres in Redditch were utilised.
The council's central area director, Paul Patten, said: "The project has turned out to be very complex and there appears to be feast and famine areas across Redditch.
"And we would like to transfer popular activities from certain areas of Redditch to the rest of the town."
Leisure and tourism officer Ray Cooke said: "We're concentrating mainly on youth activities and want to expand it to all ages.
"Once we've got the information together, we'll put it on our website area by area.
"And if anyone comes in saying they want something to do, we have the information there ready."
Mr Cooke said he would like any club which had not yet been contacted to call the council on 64252 for a questionnaire.
He added: "We hope to have the survey completed by the beginning of April."
