WAYS to improve the dilapidated Broadwaters Mill in Kidderminster will be discussed by residents next week.
A public consultation event has been organised for people to talk about what they would like to see happen to the mill in Broadwaters Park, which has been neglected and vandalised.
Wyre Forest District Council project officer for community safety, health and environment Lynette Jones said the aim was to secure a grant from the Heritage Lottery fund - and that the mill does not have "much of a future" as it stands.
"It is part of what would have been a much larger building, but now it has leaking walls and the roof is falling apart," she added.
The public consultation will be held at the Scout hut in Broadwaters Drive on November 15 at 6.30pm.
