FOR once, I agree with D E Margrett with regard to our land of no hope and glory (You Say, October 25). Mr Margrett made the mistake of referring to our country as being England when he should have said "Britain". Being a born Scot I resent it, but we are used to it.
Due to the events of the Twin Towers in New York and now anthrax being spread about by international terrorists, it is essential that these people are defeated by any means possible.
We must also return to "The land of hope and glory", and, among other things, withdraw human rights for suspected terrorists.
We now have our 200 so-called "British Muslims" who have gone to fight for the Taliban. There were also about 20 "British Muslims" who burned our flag and effigies of Tony Blair and George Bush.
We also have people like Sajid Riasat defending Muslim terrorism. We are accused of being increasingly racist but it's not surprising is it?
Blair has allowed illegal immigration to go unchecked. I wonder how many terrorist cells bin Laden has set up in this country.
