A MUSICAL extravaganza is being held on Friday, November 16, in aid of a Winyates man with cerebral palsy.
Entertainer Tony Carroll has organised a gig for the CATCH charity, which cares for Wayne Mullis, of Winyates.
Wayne was dealt a cruel blow last year when his father, Barry, died in a tragic accident.
Since then, friends have rallied and bought Wayne an expensive piece of equipment which helps his day-to-day life.
A host of musical acts have agreed to appear for free at the Bridley Moor and Batchley Social Club, in Bridley Moor Road.
They are Tony Carroll, who will compere and sing, a Blues Brothers tribute band, solo-singer, Laura, and five-piece band Cobalt Blue.
An auction and raffle has also been organised for the evening.
All money raised will help pay for Wayne's ongoing care.
The entertainment kicks off at 7.30pm and tickets can be bought from the club or by ringing Mr Carroll on 592130.
