SIMON De Montfort Wizz-ards are out in front of section 3B of the H20 Plumbing and Heating Division.
Sam Byrd, James Crennan and Andrew Bryant swept to a 5-0 victory over Littleton Leo-pards. Byrd and Crennan won two singles each with Bryant and Byrd taking the doubles.
The Wizzards followed up with a 4-1 win over SDM Fire-bolts who only managed to field one player thus conceding three games.
Bryant beat Luke Moffat 14-12, 11-7, 5-11, 9-11, 12-10 but Moffat earned his side one point by beating Crennan. Blackminster Bullets were next to fall to the magicians with the Wizzards winning 5-0.
Littleton Leopards are chasing the Wizzards hard and thanks mainly to Freddie Beswick had two narrow 3-2 victories.
The top two sides could find themselves caught by unbeaten Littleton Dolphins who have games in hand. James Coy beat Luke Moffat and Tom Ruther-ford against SDM Firebolts but the two Firebolts both beat Amy Lown.
Lown won her first singles in the league in the next match beating Lauren Foxall and Sarah Richardson as the Dolphins beat SDM Veela 5-0.
Liam Wilson was unbeaten in his singles games in Evesham Cavaliers' victories over both Blackminster Bullets and Littleton Angels.
In section 3A, David Fisher beat Tim Haines and Bob Beswick in Wyre Red Devils 4-1 defeat of Littleton Giants.
Emma Talbot beat Lynk Thould 11-4, 12-10, 11-5 on her seasonal debut in Littleton Rockets' 3-2 defeat of Eve-sham High School Eagles, who also lost 3-2 against the Freemantle brothers from Wyre Cutters. Alan Chung won the two for the Eagles.
