MALVERN RFC Youth Development Section are on the lookout for a new Lead Coach for their Under 7 & 8 squad following the resignation of Alexandra Baddeley.

Alex has decided that balancing family commitments with those of the Malvern Under 7/8's group was just too difficult to sustain.

This leaves the Malvern RFC with a key post to fill in one of the most important positions in the youth section, which has over 180 registered members and 25 members in the Under 7/8's squad alone.

Gary Tolley, who is chairman of Youth Rugby at Malvern RFC said; "We are all very sorry to be losing Alex's services as she was such a inspirational coach with the Under 7/8's squad. But with her own family to take care of, we can quite understand and respect the reasons behind Alex's decision. She will be missed simply because she was a great organiser and a respected RFU qualified coach. Whoever takes on the role of the Lead Coach has a big act to follow".

Until the Malvern club has appointed a qualified RFU replacement, Paul McDonnald and Paul Ferguson will take charge of the group on a part-time basis.
