MALVERN Hills Gymnastics Club took part in a County Competition and produced medal-winning performances on bars, beam, floor and vault.
The winning gymnasts were:Jasmine page 2nd vault, 1st floor, 3rd overall Age 10; Alison Walker 2nd vault Age 12; Hannah Hopes 2nd vault Age 11; Emily Coleman 2nd vault Age 9; Haley Smith 1st vault Age 8; Sylvia Moeskops 2nd bars Age 9; Sophie Loader 2nd vault, 3rd bars, 3rd beam, 3rd overall Age 6.
The Malvern Hills Gymnastics Club also took part in a West Midland Floor & Vault competition with the following results:
Under 8 group finishing 8th; Under 10 group finishing 4th, Louis Loader 9.3 on vault; Under 12 group finishing 4th; the open age group came 3rd, team members were Bryony Raine 2nd overall, Amelia Davis, Toni Dyson, Suzanne Green and Gemma Cothtop.
Head coach Brian Barson said: "This was a brilliant result for the club, and well done to everyone that took part, this is only our second year competing at County level."
