A MURAL originally painted by an Upton-upon-Severn woman to spruce up a wall in her home is to be unveiled as part of a charity fundraiser.
Suzanne Morgan will be unveiling her mural at 1, Willowbank House, School Lane next Friday (November 16) to raise money for Children in Need.
"She painted it to cover an unsightly wall that was left after some building work," explained Barbara Morgan, her daughter-in-law.
"It only took a few months - she started it in summer, and added a cat and a vase last week."
An admission fee of £1, which includes a cup of tea, will be charged to anyone who wants to see the mural. It will be open to the public between 1pm and 4pm.
The official unveiling will be conducted by Mark Mumby, headteacher at Upton Primary School, and all proceeds will go to Children In Need.
