LAST weeks match up between Baldies Battlers and FEAR produced a cracker with the Baldies clinching a 6-3 home win with Baker, Boulton and Blake winning their singles and all three doubles to go top of the league after three weeks in the Malvern & District Pool League.
Next week will be a tester for the Baldies as they travel to the Keys to take on The Baliff's who are also unbeaten in their two outings lying third on 20 points, while FEAR take on the Bar Studs.
The Legionnaires are in second position on 22 points after scraping five frames to four away at the Magnificent 7, Douches men remain unbeaten with three out of three but the 7 prop up the league with just five points.
Phil Lakey's crew Robopot OCP finally hit form after two narrow defeats. They crushed the Bar Studs by eight frames to one, only Dave Gardiner losing to Ben Ledbury prevented a whitewash, the metal men shoot up to fourth.
Super Dudes are back in action this week at home to the Magnificent 7.
