Two inspired substitutions saw Kidderminster Harriers debut-making men grab a deserved three points in a 3-1 win at Leyton Orient.
New signings Richard Appleby and Bo Henriksen entered the stage late in the second half and both scored to crown a fine away display.
Harriers looked in control for most of the game but Jeff Minton equalised a 20th minute opener from midfield man Dean Bennett.
However tough-tackling Harriers, with their midfield running the show, persevered and Colin Larkin missed a great chance before the deciding goals arrived in the last 10 minutes.
It will give them yet another confidence boost ahead of next Saturday's FA Cup first round clash with Darlington.
