A HEALTH watchdog is still receiving complaints about the system used in the Alexandra Hospital's outpatients department, months after highlighting the problem, writes Becky Procter.
Redditch and Bromsgrove Community Health Council slated the computerised appointment system, claiming it was not working efficiently.
Patients were queuing for long times and some were being turned away because case notes had failed to arrive.
Conservative Parliamentary spokesman for Redditch Karen Lumley said she had written to Worcestershire NHS Acute Hospitals Trust concerning the outpatient department.
