Muffin and Herbie are two of the older residents at the Blue Cross Animal Adoption Centre in Catshill hoping for a touch of tender loving care this Christmas
Blue Cross manager Neil Edwards said: "We only have a couple of weeks left to house the older dogs.
"Muffin and Herbie need a quiet home with someone around most of the day.
"They don't need a great deal of looking after but it would be lovely to think of them curled up by a fire, being spoilt rotten this Christmas."
If anyone is interested in providing a home for Muffin and Herbie, or any of the other dogs at the Wildmoor Road centre they should call 0121 453 3130.
