Chris and Avril Rowlands were guests at a recent meeting.
Chris is supervising editor for dramas at the BBC, Pebble Mill, and Avril worked for the BBC for 10 years and is now a director, writes scripts and books about continuity, and holds courses in continuity for students.
They talked about their past and present film and video-making.
In the 70s they had produced a 16mm film about the Severn Valley Railway, from Bridgnorth to Bewdley, and Avril's scripts were used in the television series God's Wonderful Railway.
Members watched a drama video made for afternoon television, with locations at Avoncroft Museum and Severn Valley Railway.
Meetings are held every Tuesday at 7.45pm in the Baptist Church Hall, Franche Road, Kidderminster.
