Harriers were dealt a blow before their FA Cup match with Darlington when key targetman Drewe Broughton had to head home with flu.
Broughton joins the suspended Ian Foster and Colin Larkin, who Wolves boss Dave Jones does not want cup-tied, on the unavailable list.
New loan signings Ritchie Abbleby and Bo Henriksen, who both scored on their debuts in last Saturday's fine 3-1 win at Leyton Orient, are brought into the first eleven.
Right-back Ian Clarkson and skipper Mark Blake are included after recovering from injury in the week.
Darlington are without at least 12 players through injury and suspension, while new £10,000 signing Ian Clark was not signed in time for the Cup transfer deadline.
The injured players include top-scorer Danny Mellanby, midfielder Brian Atkinson, full-back Steve Harper and classy centre back Craig Liddle.
Frontman Barry Conlon and defender Alrex Jeannin are suspended.
Recently-appointed boss, ex-Leyton Orient man Tommy Taylor, has to draft youth team players Mark Sheeran and David McGurk onto the bench.
The visitors have only one win from the last nine games, but Harriers have won their last two and are looking to string a good run together.
