DAVID Park and Jeremy Robinson both boosted their hopes of gaining European Tour cards next season at the third round of the qualifying school in Spain.
Hereford's Park shot an excellent five-under-par 67 to move into joint seventh place on 209 -- just two shots off the lead.
Robinson, meanwhile, hit a 70 for a share of 35th place on 213.
The top 75 players after today's fourth round will go on to the final two rounds of the marathon contest, which will be played on the San Roque course, with the leading 35 at the end of the tournament gaining Tour cards for next year.
Former Ryder Cup players Steve Richardson, Paul Broadhurst and Philip Walton all face an uphill battle for their cards. Richardson was lying joint 35th, Broadhurst 48th and Irishman Walton a lowly 119th of the 168 starters.
