COMING to Worcester on the main London Road into the city, I saw a mountain of bin bags, awaiting collection presumably.
What an eyesore for visitors. Surely in this day and age, even wheeled bins (which we have in the North East) would look better and are far more hygienic than bags spewing their contents everywhere. At least bins would stop animals and birds from getting at the rubbish.
Come on, Worcester councillors - don't you appreciate your beautiful and interesting city?
